Since we didn't make a race last year because we were moving, we promised we'd go to one this year.

We wanted to try a new track.... So far we've been to Pocono, Dover and Daytona.

We were originally gonna try for Richmond in early May, but Gwen couldn't get that weekend off.

So we decided on..... The Coca-Cola 600!  Should be a great race... Memorial day weekend at Lowe's Motor Speedway. We have the Busch race as well that weekend.
As much as we would like to have done the whole All-Star Challenge and Coca-Cola 600 week, we don't have the time or the funds to do that.

Now we just have to see if we can get a good hotel package and we'll be set.
I love that whole area, there's so much to do with all the race shops in the area.

Most likely we will be leaving very early Thursday that week, so we'll be having an early picks deadline for the 600.
